Shipping and Delivery

How I Do It

  • I currently ship within the USA & current territories.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

Payment Methods

  • I accept Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal.

  • Payments must be made in full before orders are processed.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage.

  • Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and require full payment upfront.

  • Please allow extra time (2-3 weeks) for processing custom-made items.

  • We will communicate throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction.
